Getting Out of the “Funks”

One thing I’ve run across lately with almost all of my clients (and in my own life, too) is the “funks”. You know what I’m talking about, right? Those moods where you just feel blah — no motivation, not really sad, but not happy either, when you just feel kinda numb and stuck….like your energy levels are so depleted you can’t even feel so you just want to sleep all the time.
